Kristin uses EFT, Clinical Hypnotherapy, and somatics to treat complex issues involving trauma and shame which is her specialism. She is a former Trustee of EFT International. Kristin is comfortable working 'content-free' if clients have memories or experiences that are too painful to discuss or who cannot disclose classified experiences. She also loves working with clients who want a major life change but feel held back by family or societal expectations (inc. divorce; family estrangement; choosing not to have children; career transitions; etc.). Kristin sees clients in-person and online as she works with clients around the world. She is also a certified Energy Healer through the College of Psychic Studies in London.
