Advertising Guidelines
Ads must be appropriate to the mission and goals of ACEP, and focus on professional practice, ethical issues and professional growth.
Examples of appropriate content: trainings, conferences, books, media about therapeutic practice, services/products that improve the efficiency or professionalism of practice.
Inappropriate content includes: ingestible products, political commentary and products not related to energy psychology or energy healing.
Ads must keep in mind ACEP’s international readership and use an appropriately inclusive tone.
ALL ad requests will be screened. ACEP reserves the right to refuse to publish an ad if it is deemed inappropriate for our list.

Option 2: E-mail Ad Blasts
Distribution
- Around 9,000
All ads are sent separately. The email for your ad will contain only your copy. We only send a few email ads per month so we don't flood our members. To get on to the email calendar we recommend that you send your request to us at least 6 weeks before you want it sent to our members.
Fees
- ACEP member fee - $795.00 (Includes our help with formatting)
- Non-member fee - $1,500.00 (includes our help with formatting)
- 2nd follow up email (provided there are no changes from the 1st email)
Members - $350 Non-members - $625
Maximum of 1 ad per quarter, plus a follow up of the same ad.
Ready to advertise with an email blast? Please follow these instructions.
- Inform us when you want the ad to go out (6-8 weeks notice is usually ideal. There are certain times that ACEP has a busy email schedule - such as conference and course deadlines - and we may not be able to accommodate you.)
- State the subject heading
- Text should have clickable links. You can send this to us in a word document.
- No PDF files.
- If you have pictures that you want us to insert in the ad, please send them to us in a separate jpg or gif format
- Ads can't have attachments
- We do not write copy.
- All email ads are 600 pixels wide. The length is up to you. We can only do basic formatting work. If you want a high level design you should have a designer create your ad in html.
- Please edit your document carefully (we are not responsible for your mistakes).
- Include a separate list of the linked content and the target urls so we can make sure that the links work.
