I am a certified Coach who incorporates Somatics (working through the body), Positive Intelligence (PQ), and Energy Psychology -- all techniques that have drastically improved my personal and professional life.

Credentials: ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Mentor Coach, Strozzi Institute Somatics Coach (SISC), Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC) practitioner, and Thought Field Therapy - Causal Diagnosis (TFT-DX).

I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Decision Sciences and Management Information Systems from the George Mason University School of Business, and graduated from the Leadership Development Program at the Center for Creative Leadership. I am a co-founder and co-organizer of DC Somatics - a monthly meetup for Somatics pratitioners.

In addition to Coaching, I am an Organizational Consultant focused on Business Agility and Delivery Optimization, where I blend Coaching and Leadership into everything I do.
