I was born and raised in sunny Southern California to two young parents. Early on, I found myself interested in all things psychology and spirituality. I am a lifelong learner and experiencer of life. My mission is to bridge the gap between science and spirituality. I pursued graduate studies and completed my doctorate in psychology. As a mental health therapist (clairsentient intuitive) it is my absolute joy to aid my clients in their healing process and find deep wisdom within. In my own healing, I found that one cannot work without acknowledging energy. I have tried a myriad of traditional therapies, non-traditional therapies within realms of energy medicine, energy psychology, including Biofield Tuning, and found that an integrative approach is what spoke to my soul. I truly believe that healing is done on a mind, body, and soul level. We are energetic beings. I became a Biofield Practitioner after being guided by my ancestors and spirit guides to continue to transmute trauma in the collective. I hope to elevate our consciousness and help you find what I call the “golden nuggets” on your journey.
