I’m an energy healing practitioner, Usui Reiki Master, Certified Clinical EFT and Energy Psychology practitioner (certified by EFT Universe), life coach and art therapist. I am passionate about accompanying families, caregivers and teachers in learning practical energy tools for emotional regulation, releasing stress and anxiety, clearing old patterns, balancing energy and restoring health. My background includes sociology of development and education, art, energy healing, energy psychology and over 20 years experience working with children in non-formal educational programmes. My work combines EFT-Tapping, Energy Psychology, Reiki, Heart Coherence, Art Therapy, Meditation and Mindfulness. Originally from Ecuador, I am based in Europe in tiny, beautiful, multilingual and multicultural Luxembourg, and work in person or on-line in English, Spanish and French. I am here to accompany you in your healing journey with love, joy and compassion.
