Mary Ann is a co-owner of the Land of Light Community - A spiritual and Wellness Center. Mary Ann has a BS in Biology and Health Education from Grand Valley State University where she also played basketball. She held various coaching positions from high school to collegiate. She then worked in a life science company for over 22 years taking on leadership roles and taking continuing educational leadership training at Harvard University, Columbia University, University of Michigan and University of Chicago. After working 22 years in corporate America in a high level leadership position within the life science research field, Mary Ann struggled with health concerns that Western medicine (including Mayo Clinic), could not address. She then turned to the science of natural healing with great results. Mayo clinic actually encouraged her to pursue Energy Medicine to help herself, which catapulted her interest in Energy Psychology/Medicine and consciousness. She pursued that knowledge 100% - taking every worthwhile training she could find with the best scientists from around the world. Simultaneously Mary Ann had her own profound spiritual awakening and realized she was here for a higher purpose. She combines her collegiate sports and coaching experience with her extensive leadership background with Energy Medicine/Psychology techniques, modalities and technologies, to deliver a coaching style that helps people meet their goals/intentions and peak performance as well as helping support her clients in overcoming unconscious self-sabotaging behaviors, health issues and emotional/disstress related conditions. She is a Certified HeartMath Coach, Certified TRTP (The Richards; Trauma Process) Coach, Certified NeurOptimal trainer and has completed many other trainings within the Energy Psychology/Medicine field.
