About
Alda holds a Master in Psychotherapy, and runs her trauma-informed private practice from Exeter in the Southwest of England, and online. She has a creative way of integrating visualisations, energy psychology tools, IFS-like interventions, and relational therapy to create a unique experience adapted to each individual. With nearly 20 years practising tai chi and qigong, she is highly intuitive and has experienced different approaches to energy that inform her work.
