Christen Rinaldi, LCMHCA, RMT is a therapist and certified Reiki Master Teacher that aims to walk straight into the fire and challenge all that keeps us from expressing our authentic inner magic. She loves to go deep and embraces all that is real, gritty, and deliciously surprising about the human experience. She has been practicing Reiki and guiding others towards their own empowerment since 2014. In her private practice, Insight Owl Counseling and Wellness, she offers integrative depth psychotherapy and Psychotherapeutic Reiki. Christen is the founder of Reiki for Therapists™, a course designed to teach therapists how to use Reiki in their own personal and professional lives.
