I am a counselor, healer, teacher, and artist. I have dedicated my life to helping others connect with their truth. I trust each person is their own best guide and healer. I honor this internal wisdom and support it through guidance, compassion, authenticity, and warmth. am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (in California), and Registered Play Therapist. I am passionate about helping others own and integrate all parts of their story in a loving and compassionate way. In addition to therapy, I am a Reiki Master Teacher in three different lineages of Reiki. I am also trained in different energy psychology and indigenous healing techniques.
