I've been a licensed professional counselor for 30 years and I provide a holistic approach to counseling. I believe we are souls having human experiences and to achieve balance and coherence we must address the energetic and spiritual aspects of ourselves in addition to the physical, mental, and emotional. I use cognitive somatic energy practices (EFT) to shift the stuck energy that can lead to physical, mental, and emotional dis-ease. I offer a listening program designed to re-tune the nervous system (SSP-The Safe and Sound Protocol) and I create space that allows you an opportunity to connect with and get messages from your Higher Self and Spirit Guides. I am a LPCC in ND and accept a variety of insurances.
