Amy Frost, MBA and MA Spiritual Psychology My passion is supporting people at work and in career transitions with cutting edge and tried and true career development and self-resilience tools and techniques. I am a long time member of the Association of Comprehensive Energy Psychology and on the Humanitarian Committee for many years. I work with Veterans, their families and adult children of Veterans. Dr. Kristin Miller and I did the three year and beyond Veteran to Veteran Healing Project in Las Vegas. We have an article outlining what we did and the outcomes. I am a community collaborator and a professional agitator. I have used tapping and energy psychology techniques in all of my career, life, business skills programs and presentations with cancer patients, youth at risk and their program providers, personal and professional caregiver support trainings, in supporting people running major programs/projects for over twenty years. Why? Because they work! My life motto: Do Good; Bring Friends! I love mentoring people doing good work whatever that is. How do we do all the good we do? We got started, we didn’t give up and we used the tools we share AND we get ongoing support from each other. I live, teach and mentor Emotional Empowerment, and Resilience at Work. I have worked with thousands of managers and employees dealing with a multitude of workplace related issues that impact company morale and productivity. I worked for the Department of Defense for 20 years as a contract negotiator, contracting officer and a Total Quality Management (TQM) facilitator and trainer. I was on faculty at the University of Phoenix where I was distinguished as an outstanding faculty member and was a faculty mentor. In 2012, I received the Oprah Magazine, Crocs Cares and Nonprofit Sector Foundation Stepping Up to your Purpose and Walking for Good Award; In 2018, I received the Humanitarian of the Year award by the ACEP. I am an Emotional Support Neighborhood Watch leader in my community. Michael Thrower, Community Connect LV, calls me “A Community Spark Plug”. Jan 2021 I received the Adopt a Cop Nevada Bearer of Light Award and the Community Connect LV (www.communityconnectLV.org) Humanitarian Award for 2023.. I am a proud founding member of the Flowerful Living Community.
