My orientation is integrative, holistic, and individualized. I combine talk-therapy with creative, energy based, and body-centered methods. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. I am trained in Expressive Arts Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotional Freedom Techniques, Brainspotting; Sandtray therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral therapies. I am a SoulCollage Facilitator and a certified Yoga Instructor.
