As a counselor with many years of experience in schools and private practice, i believe that Energy Psychology empowers clients to make quick and lasting positive changes in their lives. I rely on EFT, EMDR, breathing techniques and many of the modalities taught and encouraged at ACEP conferences to quickly treat emotional problems, facilitate well being and improve relationships and performance.
