I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Salt Lake City, Utah since 2002. In my private practice I see a wide range of adult clients. I employ a combination of Mindfulness Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques to treat depression, anxiety & phobia, trauma, substance abuse and compulsive & addictive behaviors, including gambling and pornography.
