We are living in a time when most of us are exerting so much effort just to survive, but are secretly longing to move from surviving to thriving. Often, we need to work through the overriding stress of the day-to-day and the life-limiting pain of past experiences before we can even begin to imagine creating a life of joy and fulfillment. If you are seeking a guide to support you in moving through your current challenges so that you can create a richer life for yourself, I am here to help. I am a mental health counselor with a whole-person, collaborative, empowering approach to therapy. I have a strong passion for "helping the helpers" - teachers, nurses, therapists, and other caregivers - to learn how to turn their empathy into a super power instead of an energy-draining burden. I have extensive training in the treatment of trauma and anxiety which I utilize to help clients calm their entire system and release the weight of painful past experiences.
