I’m in private practice as a Mind-Body Integrative Therapist since 1987, a field I essentially developed, encompassing my licensing as a Clinical Counselor, body therapist and work as a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, Heartmath Practitioner, BioEnergetic Analyst, Naturopathic Doctor & QiGong instructor, etc., and including methods I've developed to rewire old patterning in the brain and nervous system. This work both releases trauma from the nervous system/deeper psyche and facilitates more resiliency in general, as well as greater freedom from old stuck “scripts”, maps or programs that hold us hostage.
