Maryam Lateef is a board -certified Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has practiced as a psychiatric nurse for several years prior to completing licensure as nurse practitioner in 2003, when she began caring for adults through outpatient services. She later moved her practice to telemedicine in 2015, which has allowed her to reach and serve more individuals in need across the country. Maryam received her Master’s of Science in Nursing degree from Troy State University in Phenix City Alabama. She later obtained her Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification from The University of Missouri in 2003. She is a passionate holistic nurse practitioner, member of the American Holistic Nurses Association, infusing principles of wellness, holism, heart and soul to her practice. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, cooking and practicing meditation. Nothing happens until something moves, equally nothing moves until something happens. -Albert Einstein
