I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist in California specializing in the treatment of trauma. I work with complex trauma, attachment trauma, and my clients may have backgrounds of physical, sexual, or emotional abuse. Many come from families with addiction issues or from divorced families. I primarily use the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), which includes elements of somatic awareness, breath work, imagery, mindfulness, attachment work, and ego state work. I also use CRM to heal birth, generational and past life trauma. I work online (with California clients only).
