In my private practice, I embrace the wholeness of human beings as energetic-physical- emotional-thinking-social people. I love supporting people as they move toward their wholeness. I love that we can start working with any of these aspects and end up affecting and healing the others. My first training was as a mental health profession, and I have happily added EFT, Healing Touch, and mindfulness-based techniques to my practice. While I work with nearly all adolescents and adults (including parenting), I have a subspecialty in working with members of the LGBQQ+ population, especially those who are transgender.
