My heartfelt greetings to you. I believe that we all have the potential to flourish: to achieve our goals, experience loving relationships, feel a sense of worth, and to live a life that allows our heart to sing. Are you living a life that feels meaningful, graceful and joyful? Do you have past trauma or repeating patterns/addictions that seem to hinder your movement forward? Do others achieve while you seem to go around in circles; or perhaps you feel that you just don’t have what it takes to be where you truly want to be in life? My background is in personal development and holistic wellness and includes: trauma counseling, psychotherapy, professional coaching, energy psychology and healthcare. I use skills developed over two decades to uncover the core issues and limiting beliefs that often lie at the heart of an issue; and employ a combination of psychotherapy, energy psychology and coaching. I believe that YOU are the expert of your own experience, and so I work in partnership with you as an equal. I offer video conferencing via zoom and am a licensed marriage and family therapist in both Hawaii and Arizona. As an advanced EFT practitioner and ACEP EFT course facilitator I also offer 1:1 mentoring to assist you in your journey toward excellence in EFT delivery/certification. Let's begin the journey together. Note: although I am certified or trained in a range of healing modalities [hynpotherapy, NLP, Reiki Master, sound healing, zero balancing and others], I no longer offer these practices individually, although there may be elements of several that are brought into the session.
