Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Boston, MA, practicing since 1999. I have worked with a diverse population, primarily individuals, including adults and teens. Trained in psychodynamic psychotherapy but with a non-pathologizing, holistic, strengths-based, client-centered lens. Certified as a Kripalu yoga teacher, trained in EMDR (level 1 only), ACT, and EFT (levels 1 & 2). Long-time practitioner and student of Mindfulness practices which I integrate into my work with clients.
