Tom Greenhalgh, LICSW, has been involved in the Public Safety field since 1982. Retiring from full-time public safety work after 35 years as a Police Lt./NRP, Tom is also the Co-Director for the Greater Lowell CISM Team in MA, a Faculty member with both the ICISF and the Resilient Sciences Institute, is a Peer/Staff Clinician at the On-Site Academy in MA, serves as the co-founder and Executive Director of National Public Safety Solutions Inc., President and founding partner of Studio 4/Station4Learning , and serves clients through his clinical/life-coaching service Quantum Wellness Concepts, Inc. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Natural Medicine, he holds both a MACJ and a MSW with an emphasis on public safety, hospital/medical, and military issues, groups with whom he uses Energy Psychology modalities regularly.
