I am a holistic practitioner working with individuals seeking guidance and tools for issues such as anger-management, relationship issues, self-esteem, grief, spiritual concerns, and painful events. We work together to resource your inner strengths in a compassionate, safe environment,; I help guide you to identify your values and the obstacles blocking them. Energy psych tools are central to my healing approaches I use. As an eclectic practitioner, I also draw upon my background in Logotherapy (associate level), Focusing, Emotrance ™, grief and general counseling training. Your needs determine the treatment approach whether it is for fast relief from a particular issue or accompaniment in your deepening life search. Acquiring skills for personal application and personal growth are part of our work together.
