I am a seasoned psychologist who works in private practice seeing both individuals,couples and families. I am experienced with many treatment modalities including couple&family counseling,EMDR,hypnosis,mindfulness,CBT,mind/body approaches and EFT. Spirituality issues are an interest of mine having worked directly with numerous members of various religions and background. I am very familiar and well read in Buddhism finding it helpful in understanding many issues. My primary interest in helping others is that can learn practical ways that will be used for a lifetime.
