Dr. Adriana Popescu is a licensed clinical psychologist and empowerment coach with over 25 years of experience in the mental health field. She is also a certified hypnotherapist, Access Consciousness® Bars Facilitator, Brainspotting Practitioner, and Neuro Emotional Technique (NET) Practitioner, having discovered that Energy Psychology provides incredibly powerful tools to identify and eliminate the deep-rooted causes of suffering and distress. She specializes in treating addiction, co-occurring disorders, and trauma, and has directed a number of treatment programs in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Firebird Healing, a trauma healing center where she is the Founder and CEO, and Avery Lane, a women's addiction treatment center where she is the Clinical Director. Adriana is an accomplished author – She coauthored the Conscious Being, Conscious Recovery for Addiction, Conscious Recovery for Mental Health, and Conscious Creation Workbooks. Her first solo book exploring the topic of limiting beliefs, What If You’re Not As F***ed Up as You Think You Are? is a bestseller and will soon be followed by EFT for Addiction (in press). She also hosts a fascinating podcast called Kaleidoscope of Possibilities – Alternative Perspectives on Mental Health.
