I have been described as warmhearted, conscientious and determined. In my work with clients I strive to attune to their needs, desires and goals to help them achieve lasting change. I started off my career working with severely disturbed youth and adolescents and adults with substance abuse issues. I also had the opportunity to supervise mental health professionals. Over twenty years ago I started incorporating my training in energy psychology techniques with individuals, couples and groups and more recently have added sound healing to the techniques I bring to my work. I have trained mental health professionals to utilized EP techniques. Currently I enjoy working with transitional ages youth (17+) through elders, adult families and couples. I have watched clients making significant improvements with a variety of issues ranging from depression, grief, anxiety, trauma, parenting, career difficulties and relationship issues (creating or ending romantic relationships or working things out in difficult relationships).
