In addition to the other issues listed below, I help women 55+ to approach getting older in a positive uplifting way. Emotional wellbeing and a positive mindset are part of that as are losing weight and replacing unhealthy habits to maintain health and vigour, and to accept and have confidence in themselves so they can express their personal gifts, strengths and experience for a contributing, fulfilling older life.
