I appreciate that it takes courage and hope to face issues, change patterns, and commit to a process of self-discovery. Through this process, I offer encouragement, support, hope, authenticity and a therapeutic friendship - a relationship that I deeply value. I provide a holistic approach to health and healing through the integration of psychotherapy, Reiki, guided meditations, mindfulness, and shamanic healing. This model of integrating talk therapy and energetic body work provides an opportunity for healing of the body, mind, spirit, and soul; an experience of overall peace and life-giving transformation. I have a Doctorate of Philosophy, Pastoral Counseling as well as a Masters of Science in Pastoral and Mental Health Counseling from Neumann University. I am a National Certified Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health in the states of Delaware and Pennsylvania. I also am a Registered Karuna® Reiki Teacher and Practitioner. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance with minors in History and Economics from the University of Delaware. Currently, I am working remotely, offering TeleMental Health counseling for clients through Doxy.Me.
