I love being with people as they transform their traumas and deepen into who they truly are. Clients tell me that I offer a safe, loving container for them, where they can feel comfortable diving deeply, expressing and releasing their long-held limitations. Because I know that almost all trauma can be healed, I am not afraid off venturing with my clients into their dark places. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, current President of ACEP, and a therapist and coach for the last 38 years I have moved beyond simple talk therapy into a realm governed by soul, by energy and by love. As a co-creator of Ask and Receive (a next generation energy psychology technique), I have recognized the destabilizing effects of trauma, how it is stored in the body, mind and spirit, and how to release it. I thrill to the experience of midwifing a person’s healing, whether it is with couples, families or individuals, whether they are transforming physical, emotional or relationship issues. Healing is all about releasing trauma and the embedded ideas of limitation. I have been married to my partner, Tom Altaffer for the last 35 years, have two grown children, and live both in Linwood, NJ and Tucson, AZ.
