Sometimes talk therapy is not enough. I want my clients to know three things: that change is possible, what change feels like physically and emotionally, and that the power for change resides in you. I’ve been helping clients for 32 years, to uncover the root cause of their problems and help rewire the brain using techniques such as EFT, Energy Psychology, and PSYCH-K. These complementary and holistic techniques can be used in a specific individual plan to help shift your life. At this time I am only providing virtual sessions.
