I work with children, families, teens, young adults, and women in transition. I have over 25 years working with families, and specialize in ADHD, trauma, parenting, anxiety, depression, loss, stress, and self-esteem. With young adults and women in transtition I address family of origin issues and the belief system generated there to help clients move to their best self. I use creative strategies, movement, cognitive psychology, and energy psychology to help clients uncover their own strengths and abilities.
