Bob was appointed to the position of Executive Director in September of 2008. Prior to this he was on ACEP's Board of Directors for three years. During that time he served as the Conference Director, as well as being heavily involved in many of ACEP's key initiatives. Bob focused on improving many operational and financial aspects of ACEP.
He is a licensed psychologist and coach in Haverford, Pennsylvania. He is a clinical member of the AAMFT and an approved consultant for the ASCH. He is author of Tools for Transforming Trauma and Posttramatic Stress Disorder (2002): A Clinicians Guide as well as We're No fun Any More: Helping Couples Create Joyful Marriages (2012). From 1989-1996 he was president of the Institute for Advanced Clinical Training, where he organized 11 conferences on trauma, Ericksonian Hypnosis and Brief Therapy, training over 10,000 therapists. He is diagnostically trained in TFT. He has spent the last ten years as co-developer of Attractor Field Techniques.

Leslie started working for ACEP in January 2009. She handle's most ACEP administrative aspects, such as CEP and EFT certification paperwork, conference set up and registration, website management, ACEP membership, answering emails and phone calls etc. Leslie has a Business Degree from Penn State University.

Debby Vajda, MSW, DCEP

Debby Vajda is the volunteer certification coordinator for ACEP and a member of the Cerification Committee, a member of the Executive Committee, and secretary of the ACEP board of directors.She is a licensed clinical social worker in private practice in Corvallis, Oregon. She has been practicing energy psychology for ten years and is trained in TFT, EFT, TAT, BSFF, Allergy Antidotes, and NeuroModulation Technique, among others. She is an ACEP certification consultant and is also the developer and past-coordinator of the Energy Therapy Network of the Mid-Atlantic States.

Lois Miller

Lois Miller, CAE, joins ACEP as our new conference manager. She heads her own home-based meeting management firm, LD Miller & Associates. Lois currently is the part-time meeting consultant for the American Group Psychotherapy Association, a multidisciplinary organization of mental health professionals, and has a familiarity with energy psychology methods. She has held senior positions with the Luggage and Leather Goods Association among others and is affiliated with the New York Society of Association Executives.
