Linda Goranson, Ph.D., LCPC, has been trained by Dr. Asha Clinton, the developer of Advanced Integrative Therapy (formerly Seemorg Matrix Work). A Jungian-oriented therapist with a private practice in Evanston, Illinois, Linda received her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with an emphasis on depth psychotherapy, from the Pacifica Graduate Institute. She also has completed certification in archetypal patterns and dynamics from the Assisi Conferences, where she studied individually with Jungian analyst, Dr. Michael Conforti . Dr. Goranson has strong ties to the C.G. Jung Center in Evanston, where she has received supervision and training. She loves combining dream work, as well as other methods of depth psychology, with energy psychology.

I’m a licensed clinical psychologist & licensed marriage and family therapist working in private practice. I’m also an EMDR & Reiki practitioner and a teacher of Esoteric Healing for the International Network of Esoteric Healing. I emphasize the importance of responsible and ethical use of energy healing and believe in the importance of grounding our spirituality.
My clinical work is geared toward those struggling with anxiety disorders such as post-traumatic stress, phobias & generalized anxiety; depression; acute & chronic health concerns; grief & loss and spiritual issues. Joan has been in private practice since 1994. She earned her Master of Science in Education from Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania in May 1994.
